milk, butter, garlic and honey

Both I and my dad caught a cold, so I made for us our: always helping hot milk, butter, garlic and honey.
While I was doing it I took some pictures so I could show you how it's made.
You may know about it, some prefer to add pepper instead of garlic.

Remember to squeeze the garlic to get out the juice that is in it and eat all of the garlic that is left on the bottom of your cup. You can add more or less of garlic, butter or honey.
After drinking this I feel a lot better, sore throat no longer hurts and I feel a lot warmer. You also sleep better.
