for Audrey

China Glaze's 'for Audrey' is a true Tiffany Blue nail polish.
It's opaque in two coats, but you need to be careful not to use too many strokes.
Three, even and quick strokes (one in the middle then one on each side) seems to work the best.
Make sure you have enough polish on the brush.
I really like this types of colours that are teal/blue/turquoise.
I don't know, there is something about them, magic!

Hope you enjoyed this little NOTD post.
How has your day been?
xoxo Alex J.

trying out water marbling

So about a week ago I tried water marbling for the first time :D
It wasn't that bad.
The most difficult thing was to choose colours that would match and my colour combination was not good at all.
Hope my designs will get better as I get more experience ;)

Here is the result:

I really liked the design on my thumb:

I used: chanel - ming, essie - in stitches and chine glaze - joy for the water marbling
and seche vite as my top coat.
